Breathwork in North London
Alongside my work as a soulful photographer, I’m also a qualified breathwork facilitator and founder of Arise Breathwork, helping people reconnect with their breath to enhance their overall wellbeing.
My approach draws on several breathwork modalities, including Transformational Breath®, alongside trauma-informed somatic practices and nervous system regulation techniques.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply curious, breathwork offers a gentle way to reconnect with yourself through the wisdom of your own breath.
What is BREATHWORK?
Most of us rarely think about our breathing - it simply happens in the background. But the way we breathe has a powerful influence on how we feel.
Over time, stress, anxiety and modern lifestyles can lead to shallow or restricted breathing patterns that keep our nervous system on high alert.
Learning to breathe more fully can help bring the body back into balance, leaving you feeling calmer, clearer and more connected.

CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet powerful breathing practice that helps you access a calmer, more connected state whilst gently exploring whatever your body is holding. My own training began in 2019 with Transformational Breath®, an accredited breathwork school with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance which was established fifty years ago. I’ve since been undertaking further training with Breathing Tree (Rebecca Dennis) and Oxygen Advantage.

I hold regular in person sessions online and at a cosy studio in north London which I created with a friend Michelle Cade, who’s a talented sound therapist and founder of Mind Like Water Wellbeing. Seven Sisters Sanctuary, a tranquil oasis in North London, is a place where you can step away from daily life and immerse yourself in deep, restorative practices.
Some people come for deep emotional healing. Others simply want a couple of hours to step away from busy lives, breathe deeply and reconnect with themselves. Wherever you're starting from, you'll be warmly welcomed.
