You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire, we’ll collaborate on a mood board to feel out your style, explore shoot locations, discuss colour palettes, stylists and makeup artists. I’ll help you feel prepared and fully confident about your shoot.

I also know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in front of the camera (what to do with your hands?!). Don't worry I’ll suggest poses, help you relax and make our shoot lots of fun. I designed my Soulful Shoots to capture you at your best, snap those magical moments when you’re caught off guard and looking most natural. They’re usually the best!

My skills as an Intuitive Life Coach help me learn about you and your business, so we can form a partnership ensuring you feel more confident and less awkward in front of the camera. I spend time helping you prepare for the shoot, working on our collaborative moodboard, sharing ideas for locations, styling & props, plus I’m always on hand for any questions in the run up. On the day I promise to make our shoot playful and fun! I’ll even bring in some breathing exercises (I’m a qualified breathwork facilitator too!) if you need any extra help to relax.

Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. This also gives us enough time to work on moodboards and get creative beforehand. The fun part!

FAQs

▫️ I don't like having my photos taken, I’ll be really awkward and I’m worried about having a professional shoot… can you help get the best out of me? Yes, 100%. Over 90% of my clients tell me exactly the same thing and after our shoot they always tell me how much they love their photos. This is one of the main reasons why I designed these Soulful Shoots because they work so well. I use my skills as an Intuitive Life Coach to really get to know you beforehand, meaning you’ll feel so much more comfortable after having spent time talking to me, collaborating on ideas and creating a moodboard beforehand. By the time we meet we’ll pretty much be friends! :)

▫️ I don't know which Soulful Shoot I should book… help? The best thing to do is schedule a Discovery Call with me so we can talk about what you need and I’ll help you get clear on which shoot to book.

▫️ I don’t know any suitable location for the shoot, do you have any suggestions? We have lots of options… we could shoot at your house if it fits your vibe, you could ask to use a friends house, we could hire a space on Airbnb or Peerspace, use a venue (local cafe, members club e.g. AllBright). Don’t worry, we can get creative and explore lots of options… the right place always turns up!

▫️ How far in advance should I book my shoot with you? As early as possible. My diary gets booked up quickly and I only have limited spaces for Soulful Shoots available.

▫️ How many photos will I receive? This depends on which Soulful Shoot you book, but I’ll always send you the best photographs to choose from and never cap the total amount you receive.

▫️ How quickly after the shoot will I receive my photos? I’ll send you a contact sheet of the best images within two days (usually sooner depending on my workload), where you can choose your favourites. I’ll then deliver all of your images within seven days.

▫️ What happens if it’s raining on the day of our shoot? I’m always as flexible as possible regarding shoot days - i’ll check in with you a couple of days beforehand to see what the weather forecast is saying. If it looks terrible then I’m always happy to rearrange for another day ASAP (depending on my availability).

▫️ I don’t like any of my clothes, what should I wear for my shoot? You need to feel comfortable, but also confident too. I’d highly recommend working with a stylist and I can help you with this. A stylist can offer a pre-shoot Zoom call to go through your wardrobe and help you decide which pieces to wear or which to rent/ buy for your shoot. A stylist can also order in clothes for you and take the job completely off your hands.

▫️ What do I do about my hair & makeup? Some people like to arrange a hair and makeup artist before their shoot. I can help you with recommendations for London based artists.

▫️ I live outside of London, can I work with you? I’m always happy to travel outside of London (I love travelling!), so let me know where you are and we can discuss price options for this. All travel costs are included within London, however for any travel further afield, I’ll need to work out additional costs.

▫️ I don’t know what photographs I need or what my style is. Help! Don’t worry, this is where the pre-shoot questionnaire and moodboard will help so we can build a picture of what you like. I also offer one hour coaching sessions for clients who need a little more help getting to grips with their brand vision.

▫️ How do I know that I’ll like the end result? If you like what you see on my website and Instagram then you’ll hopefully like the results of our shoot together. During our shoot I’ll always let you check photos throughout the day to make sure you’re happy with the look and feel of them.

▫️ How often should I have a photo shoot with you? This really depends on what you need the images for and whether you’d like to post seasonal images in different locations. Book a discovery call with me today and we can talk this through and make a plan.

▫️ I can’t afford to pay for a shoot right now, what are my options? I want to ensure my Soulful Shoots are accessible for everyone. I offer payment plans where you can spread the investment of your shoot over a few months - please ask for details. I’ll need full payment before I can share any final images with you. If you’re a single parent or on a low income, please let me know and I’ll look at ways I can help you.

▫️ Why should I book a shoot with you? I truly believe that if I feel like the right fit, then you'll just know. Perhaps you've had some signs or synchronicities that have led you to me… in which case trust your intuition, arrange a discovery call and lets chat about making some photography magic!

▫️ Can I change the colours, edit or add filters to my final photographs? Photography is an art form and therefore you should always choose a photographer based on whether you like how their images look. Please don’t add filters or change the way the images look once you receive them, I hope that you’ll love them just the way they are.
