As soon as I connected with Niamh, it felt like such a great match - I really loved her energy, and wow was she on it! Super organised with a clear branding deck and vision for her business. As Niamh was about to jet off travelling, we pulled this Signature Soulful Shoot together in under a week! 😅 Proud of us both for managing that!
Niamh is an AFN-qualified Nutritionist (MSc) specialising in women’s health. She has a real gift for translating nutritional science into practical, everyday actions that genuinely make sense. Her work cuts through the noise with clarity, warmth and authenticity, helping people decode nutrition and understand what truly deserves a place on their plate.
Her approach is grounded and approachable, shaped by lived experience as well as solid science. She balances evidence-based nutrition with accessible education and realistic recipes, supporting people to feel more confident and empowered around food.
For her Soulful Shoot, Niamh wanted a strong set of brand images she could use across her website, social media, Substack & newsletter. Capturing her in a beautiful, airy kitchen was key. We found a location house in East London that worked perfectly, even in winter with the lower light, and a place I’ve used a few times before.
We were so lucky with the weather, and we had such a laugh throughout the shoot, with Niamh’s partner proving very entertaining. The whole session felt super relaxed and fun. I captured Niamh preparing food in the kitchen, using various equipment and reading recipe books, alongside some natural portraits and shots of her working on her laptop and holding a client consultation. There’s a funny story about the client consultation which might be revealed later…
I’m super happy with the finished images and Niamh now has a varied set of brand photos that really let her personality and warmth shine through. Can’t wait to see them on her new website soon! Thanks so much Niamh, it was an absolute joy to work with you.
