Reset London is a total vibe. Nestled on Upper Street in Islington, this beautifully designed sauna and contrast therapy space feels like a little sanctuary tucked away in the middle of the city. With calming interiors, cool atmospheric lighting, a large communal sauna, cold plunge pools, a breathwork space and even a cute little bar, it’s the perfect place for a rest and reset.
The Reset experience encourages movement between heat, cold and breathwork, gently inviting your nervous system to experience stress before returning to regulation and calm. Each stage of the journey brings different emotions and, as a photographer, different expressions too. From quiet meditative moments to laughter, relief and exhilaration, there's so much to capture.
Rather than simply documenting what happened, we wanted to capture what the experience actually feels like. The stillness of the breathwork. The intensity of the heat. The exhilaration (and sometimes shock!) of the cold plunge. The laughter afterwards! It was a lot of fun.
